The partnership between Kym’s Angels Foundation and Thrivewell Cancer Foundation began with a moment of quiet heartbreak.
‍

While Kym’s mother, Susan Hall, was undergoing treatment, she overheard a patient in line ask to delay appointments—she couldn’t afford them all. Susan was devastated and called Kym immediately, worried that lives were at risk. That very day, Kym reached out to Thrivewell and offered a $1 million donation to launch the Susan Hall Patient Assistance Program.

The program now covers out-of-pocket expenses for patients, including transportation, prescriptions, lodging, and daily essentials, ensuring that no one has to choose between treatment and survival.

Kym’s Angels Foundation has since contributed millions more to Thrivewell’s work, which now includes nutrition support, yoga and art therapy, and holistic care for those navigating cancer with courage.
